PFM=Premiata Formneria Marconi, groupe italien du label Manticore (=label d’ELP, Peter Sinfield) à rapprocher du célébre trio de Keith Emerson pour plusieurs raisons. Les claviers sont très présents, les références classiques également, avec en prime une touche de romantisme. D’autres références: Genesis (pour les flûtes, la guitare acoustique) et King Crimson-1ere période. Font preuve d’un dynamisme surprenant en concert.

Ces musiciens sont assez exceptionnels, et cela s’entend très vite avec ce concert étourdissant! Les 2 derniers morceaux ne forment qu’une seule pièce sur la face B, et permet d’apprécier toute la virtosité de ce groupe trop malconnu.
